With ten years of experience in educating students into emerging adults by maintaining the goal of fostering individuals who have the capacity to learn on their own accord, my goal is for my  students to critically and intelligently question what they see, hear, and read. By creating a classroom that is an energetic learning center where everyone is empowered to delve deeper, every student should have the confidence to know who they are and what inspires them when learning new information and mastering old information. As a coach, I spend time ensuring that each student has authentic learning opportunities to allow for ownership of their learning through guided lessons. I give the students the opportunities for success by learning from failures, trying new things that make each student work a little bit harder, and appreciating that it’s possible to be successful.
